Mackinac Island (info)
The island can be seen from Mackinac Bridge as you're coming up to the UP. Boats ferry you to the island from the city of St. Ignace. Please refer to www.mackinac.com to plan your trip!
Hiawatha National Forest (info)
Parts of Brevoort lake are contained in the large Hiawatha National Forest. There are rivers, streams, lakes, and beautiful scenery to be had within its green depths. The official forest web site is here: http://www.fs.fed.us/r9/forests/hiawatha/.
Mackinac Bridge (info)
If you're coming to us from the south, you'll pass this suspension bridge on the way in. For a good vantage point for taking pictures, go back down 75 South and take the last exit before the bridge - it will mention a scenic turnout for the bridge.
